Slightly modified version of the P90X Shoulders & Arms Workout. It’s one of my all time favorite videos to do, but I couldn’t find a working link anywhere! So, here are the moves shown to you by random Youtube clips…
- Upright Rows
- Static Arm Curls
- Flip Grip Twist Kickbacks (I replaced with Overhead Tricep Extensions)

Or, if you prefer, you can simply search “Shoulders and Arms P90X” on YouTube and there are tons of people who recorded themselves doing the entire workout in one segment.
Hopefully, after you do it a couple of times though you won’t have to watch clips and you’ll just be able to remember what each move is. I’ll also keep looking for a working link to the actual video, so let me know if you have one!
Tony does each set two consecutive times, does 30 seconds of ballistic stretching and then goes onto the next set of shoulder, bi, tri exercises…
i.e. Set 1 (2x) Ballistic Stretch Set 2 (2x) Ballistic Stretch Set 3 (2x) etc…
However, when I’m running short on time, like in between classes, I’ll just do each set once and it only takes me about 30 minutes! Either way, it’s a great workout. It also helps to write down the weights you used and how many reps you did, so you can keep track and try to improve each time! :)
