good morning! i woke up at 7:15am, ran to the docks and then ran to the track to meet up with my running buddy to do some easy running! we did four sets of bleachers, two 800s, two 200s, and some yoga in the middle of the turf. last summer we were 8-10 mile runs but were not ready for that yet hahaha. i did around a total of 4 miles today which isn’t terrible though! getting stronger every day :)
